- Thank you to everyone who joined us for the TTT on sheng pu'er processing last week - I had the great pleasure of sharing the first taste of the Tea Technique 2026 Research Commission, where we processed the same batch harvest of sheng pu'er varying only the shaqing method. This commission and its associated research directly supports the findings from the 2026 trip report (part 2 of 3 above), and the still-to-be-written Book 3.
- We will host a live AMA about a week or so after the final part-3 of the trip report is published, likely around the second week of September - send us your question as comments on CoQ, Instagram, or by email (you can reply directly to any of these change logs). We suspect most of the questions will be about this years research trips but other topics are ok!
